They do a amazing job getting me in for an appointment and exam! And there is a lovely blonde women who helps you get the perfect fit and style of glasses!
Fabulous people. gorgeous selections. The owner is so helpful.
had a good experience after visiting for an eye exam and to get lenses replaced in my existing frames. The people working the front end for were very courteous and professional, and my eye exam was very thorough and comfortable. I then worked with the lens and frame specialist who handles all of my insurance which went very smoothly. I was promised the replacement lenses in 1 to 2 days and they were ready in exactly 2 days. I would recommend.
Great place ! Great service ! Great choices ! Very happy customer ! Ask for Argentina 🙂
I was extremely pleased with the service I received here, the staff were warm and friendly, and the doctor who did my exam found a very serious problem and arranged for me to see a specialist immediately, resulting in a very happy result for me. I could not recommend them more highly.
I having nothing but great admiration for Dr Michael Aucello, Dr. Jessica King, and Argentina & Staff. I have been a patient of this practice for the past 5 years, I have had nothing but excellent care at this practice. I have recommended my family members to this practice, including my grandson who wears contact lenses. (they took an enormous amount of time & patience teaching him how to put the contacts in.. The selection of the eye wear is the top of the line..
...if my review was based solely on the office staff and Dr Jessica King this might have been a 5 star review...but...a woman named Argentina who fits you for your glasses was so condescending and insulting that i am thinking about cancelling my eyeglass order...she flat out told me that i didnt know what style was and while that fact may or may not be true i certainly need to hear it from her...a change might be in order Dr's King and Aucello!!
This short story can be viewed as a love story in caring for the wellbeing of family, a tribute to medical science and its practitioners or as it really is a “thanksgiving” .
My older sister, Wei Fang, was a premature baby born 59 years ago. She was an incubator baby who for whatever reason suffered with poor vision. In ophthalmological terms her visual acuity in diopters was about -22 or let’s say 20/2200 which is well past legal blindness. This had a significant impact on her quality of life during last 59 years, especially since there were no medical solutions readily available in China. Wei Fang’s poor vision was beyond any optometric instrument’s measurement range. Consequently, the correction to improve her vision was woefully inadequate. I wanted desperately for her to see better. Fortunately, Wei Fang was scheduled to visit me in the U.S. this year. I am blessed to have a wonderful friend Patricia Aucello who is also an optometrist. We made an appointment with Dr. Aucello for a complete vision check. Dr.Aucello’s office is equipped with modern optometry and she was able to measured Wei Fang’s vision accurately. New hard contact lenses were ordered. The new contact lenses allowed Wei Fang to see clearly what she was never able to see before. A minor miracle for Wei Fang and a blessing to our family. During Dr.Aucello’s examination, it was also discovered that cataracts had formed and surgery was required. The surgery would be performed by Dr. Alan Solinsky. Dr Solinsky is a well-known surgeon with many years of successful surgical results, however, he had never had a patient with uncorrected vision as bad as Wei Fang. Dr. Solinsky could remove the cataracts, implant new lenses and reshape Wei Fang’s eyes using a laser, but giving her uncorrected clear vision was an unknown. After his initial exam her cataract surgery was scheduled. After surgery on both eyes by Dr. Solinsky, Wei Fang’s vision has been corrected from essentially 20/2200 to 20/25. This was a first for Dr. Solinsky that such a drastic correction was achievable. I dearly love my sister and I am thrilled to be a part in restoring her vision. I am grateful to be in the U.S. where medical miracles happen on a daily basis through modern technology. I also am thankful to have great friends like Patricia Aucello and have the opportunity to be introduced to a gifted caregiver like Dr. Solinsky. My sister and family are excited and thankful that Wei Fang has a new life after 59 years of being legally blind.. Thank you Dr. Patricia Aucello and Dr. Alan Solinsky so much from the bottom of our hearts.

My family has been going here since the opening of the office. We have always had great customer service. Following the appointment they even reached out to let me know I was due a credit.
